Will my pc/laptop run an Impactdisk?
An Impactdisk CD Business Cardwill work in any CD draw. The card is designed so that the groove fits correctly in all makes of drive.

What is the difference between Replication and Duplication?
The Fundamental difference is the glass master that is used for replicated disks. Which means that the disk is not a cdr but an original cdrom - the finished item being the same kind of cd-rom product that you buy from any major music, games or movie outlet.

What is the minimum/maximum order?
There is no real limit to the number of units that we can supply but it is worthwhile to keep in mind, for amounts exceeding 1million please allow up to 15 days for delivery.

What are the delivery timescales?
Wherever you are in the world we will give you prompt delivery, we know your time is important to you and we know the difference between time-zone (we are based on three continents) and cortisone (Used when everything is late and you have to run around too much).

Duplication 1-5 days

Quantities over 250,000 10-12 days

Quantities over 1 million 12-15 days

How much data can an Impactdisk hold?
We specialise in compressing the size of files, without losing quality, so you can get thousands of pages of information on an Impactdisk. Even if you think that your information may not fit let's have a look as we often surprise!

When I order over 1000 Impactdisk's how much do you charge for layout & card design etc?
Free. All our prices are fully inclusive. There are no hidden charges, no nasty surprises. If you wish, you can view the final invoice before we proceed.

What artwork & data is needed, how do we send it and in what format?
All artwork and data can be sent to us on CD, by Email or FTP. Please ensure that artwork & data are on separate cd's and separate files and clearly marked ARTWORK & DATA. Everything MUST be in PC format.
